QUALIFICATIONS

1. MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

2. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

3. MUST SUBMIT TWO FINGERPRINTS ND BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH OF LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD. 

4. MUST NOT BE ON PROBATION FOR ANY CRIMINAL OFFENSE WITHIN THE LAS SIX (6) MONTHS. 

5. MUST HAVE NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF THE OFFENSE OF A CLASS A OR B MISDEMEANOR WITHIN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS. 

6. MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF AN OFFENSE DRIVING ILLEGALY, INTOXICATED OR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGSWITHIN THE LAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS. 

7. MUST NOT BE UNDERINDICTMENT OR EVEN BEEN CONVICTED ANYTIME OF ANY FELONY OFFENSE. 

8. MUST NOT HAVE EVER EXECUTED AT ANYTIME OF CONFESSION TO A FELONY OFFENSE, SUCH CONFESSION BEING ADMISABLE AS ENDANGER AGAINST THE PERSON IN A CRIMINAL PROCEEDING ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT.

9. MUST NOT HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED FROM MILITARY SERVICE UNDER LESS THAN HONORABLE CONDITIONS.

10. MUST BE A HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE OR HAVE A G.E.D.

11. MUST POSESS A TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE AT THE TIME OF EMPLOYMENT AND MUST NOT HAVE MORE THAN THREE (3) MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE LAST THREE (3) YEARS FROM DATE OF EMPLOYMENT.

12. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN THE SPANISH/ ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

13. MUST SHOW NO TRACE OF DRUG DEPENDANCY OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE.

14. MUST BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER.

15. VISION MUST BE NO WORSE THAN 20/100 CORRECTABLE 20/20.

16. IN ADDITION PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS ARE REQUIRED THREE (3) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE LAW ENFORCMENT.
