Seeking greater horizons, we relocated to a rental space nearby in Brownsville. It was here that our vision expanded, and we laid the foundation for something bigger. In 2005, we proudly unveiled our two-story, multifunctional building—a testament to our commitment to excellence.
The Officer’s Duty
Before the security company, our founder wore a different uniform: that of a dedicated police officer. Off-duty, he safeguarded Louie’s Backyard in South Padre Island, TX, hiring a few fellow officers to ensure safety. An opportunity to start a security company arose, but he initially declined, knowing that something greater awaited.
The Leap of Faith
With just $5,000 and a burning desire, he secured a loan from a local bank. Armed with determination, he obtained his license and aced the test at Corpus Christi University in 1989. The early years were slow, but progress was steady—a seedling growing into a resilient oak.
The Turning Point
A conversation with a lieutenant with the Brownsville Police Dept. changed everything. Word spread that a local company sought security services, and our founder seized the chance to offer his services to his first big contract with a prestigious automotive retailer right in the heart of Brownsville, TX.

Our services with trusted regional automotive dealerships resulted in customer satisfaction for their security needs. And then, the seismic shift. A Fortune 500 —the global retail giant—extended its hand. Four stores in Laredo became our proving ground. We embraced the challenge, securing their premises, protecting their patrons.
